About Nat
Nat is a Certified ADHD & ASD Coach (AACC) with over 6 years of experience helping neurodivergent people thrive. Diagnosed with ADHD in his twenties, Nat has spent his life driven by community and fascinated by the small things that help people feel capable, confident, and like they belong.
His most powerful experiences came from a decade as a youth group leader, guiding clients to untangle their lives, discover their strengths, and lead with humor and authenticity. As a disabled, non-binary, and demi practitioner, Nat brings a trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and neurodivergent-aware approach to every session.
Areas of specialization include:
- Supporting university students, late-diagnosis adults, and tradespeople
- ADHD, OCD, and cPTSD-informed coaching
- Video game, screen, and special-interest guidance
- ASD-informed coaching for late-diagnosis adults and students
Nat knows firsthand how to harness restlessness and special interests as strengths. Outside coaching, he’s an avid reader, writer, gamer, Dungeons & Dragons DM, and painter. He deeply believes that coaching can be both transformative and fun, helping clients unlock their unique abilities while enjoying the process.
